Zoe Albright

Bio-Mechanics of Las Vegas

Zoe Albright graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education. She is certified through the American Council on Exercise as both a Group Fitness Instructor and  a Personal Trainer. Her Group Fitness background includes Spin, Pilates, Body Sculpting, Boot Camp, Core, P.A.C.E. Training (Arthritis Foundation) Step, and Flexibility Training.

As a Personal Trainer, she has an extensive background in functional training and movement under the direction of Chuck Wolf.  Zoe has received specialized training through DK Body Balancing in Pilates and teaches Pilates at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas  in the Department of Sports Education Leadership. Her background in Pilates has led her to postural advising in workplace environments. 

Along with traditional one-on-one personal training of individuals with a variety of abilities, her Personal Training experience includes training high school (football) and college level (soccer) athletes, as well as teaching Wellness Classes for the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.

At the age of 14, Zoe knew she wanted to be a runner. Her high school athletic career included Cross Country Running, Basketball, Track, and Soccer. It was from there that her love of health and fitness began to flourish. As the mother of 3 boys Zoe served as a  Boys U-13 soccer coach, and organized Health Fairs for George E. Harris Elementary School.

Zoe is a volunteer with Nevada Child Seekers, and a Disaster Action Team member with the American Red Cross Southern Nevada Chapter. She has EMT training as well as CPR/AED and First Aid
