Dr. Victor M. Leach
Managing Partner
Bio-Mechanics of Las Vegas

Dr. Victor M. Leach was born and raised in Bishop, CA, a small town of 3,500.  Knowing that he wanted more than this small town could provide at this point in his life he joined the United States Army in the fall of 1983 serving as a Behavioral Science Specialist and counselor. While serving in the military, Dr. Leach received his Associates Degree from Cameron University in Lawton, OK. Upon his honorable discharge in 1988, he went on to receive his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration in 1990 while continuing to work full time. In December of 1990, Dr. Leach was called to serve in during the Gulf War, Operation Desert Storm as a medic. Dr. Leach then worked as a project manager in the construction industry.

In the summer of 2001, Dr. Leach made the decision to make a startling change in his life, to become a Chiropractic Physician and enrolled at Southern California University of Health Sciences.  It was there he learned about Active Release Techniques® and planned to build his practice with three basic principals, address the mobility of the joint, the function of the tissue, and the condition of the tissue, believing strongly that with proper chiropractic manipulation, freeing of the soft tissue, and conditioning the muscle of the body, one could effectively address most neuromusculoskeletal pain.  In January 2007, along with Dr. Joshua Satterlee, he founded Bio-Mechanics of Las Vegas, with the vision to provide a conservative alternative to surgery and traditional chiropractors who treat by chiropractic adjustments alone.

Dr. Leach is active in his new home of Las Vegas participating in his first Full Ironman (140.6) in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, half ironman (70.3) events, including of course the local ½ Silverman, working with Jackie Arcana, a Ironman finisher and tri athlete coach and swimming in the Master’s Program at the Henderson Multigenerational Center, coached by Frank Lowery.
